Content on crmforagedcare.com.au is written by the Mayasoft team who build and support MACS. Product information is drafted by the implementation and product leads. Regulatory-adjacent content (Aged Care Act 2025, DGR, ACNC) is reviewed against source documents from health.gov.au and agedcare.gov.au before publication.

How we review claims

• Product claims are checked against what's actually shipped in the current MACS build. If a feature isn't in production yet, we don't describe it as "available today".
• Regulatory claims (Aged Care Act, ACNC, Support at Home framework) are anchored to primary government sources and dated. Guidance evolves; we date-stamp regulatory pages so readers know when they were last reviewed.
• Third-party claims (Microsoft partnerships, Azure regions, integrations) link to the vendor's own documentation.

How we handle corrections

If you spot an inaccuracy, an out-of-date figure, a broken link, or misleading language, email editors@mayasoft.com.au with the URL and the correction. We aim to review corrections within one business day and publish updates within three business days for material factual errors.

Substantive corrections are noted at the bottom of the affected page with a date stamp. Minor typos and copy edits are made silently.

AI content disclosure

We use AI tools as writing assistants — for outlining, drafting, and copy-editing. Every published page is reviewed and approved by a human before going live. We do not publish AI-generated content that has not been fact-checked and edited by a Mayasoft team member.
